Taro Leaf Iwami style netsuke was carved in Wild Boar (Sus scrofa) Tusk (from Thailand) and stained with yasha.

This is the fourth of five tusks that arrived to me from Thailand.

The spider is carved in European moose antler. Spider's eyes (6 eyes) are inlaid with jet.

The snail's body is carved in Hawksbill Turtle shell. And the snail shell was carved from fossil Bison Leg Bone (40,000 years old).

Signature is on the turtle shell insert.
